GreenLine Real Estate (now Engel & Völkers Washington DC) was a boutique real estate brokerage based in Washington, DC. Since 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to help rebrand the company, drive business growth, and develop marketing strategies.

My journey with GreenLine Real Estate began organically. After working on a few freelance projects for the brokerage, I simply asked the owners if I could join the team. That conversation led to my hiring as Marketing Director in July of that year.

After joining the team, I had an honest conversation with the owners—the brand was in desperate need of a refresh. Together, we developed a comprehensive Brand Style Guide to establish consistent fonts, colors, and paragraph styles.

Building on these new design standards, I created a diverse range of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital graphics, social media assets, email campaigns, event promotions, and out-of-home marketing.

Home buyer Workshops

Our Home Buyer Workshops were monthly educational seminars designed to walk home buyers through the steps of homeownership. These seminars were a huge part of generating business and building brand awareness for our agents and the company.

With a mix of targeted advertising—including email, out-of-home placements, social media, direct mail, digital ads, and good old-fashioned word-of-mouth marketing—I helped turn these classes into must-attend events that became extremly popular in the community.

In 2023, GreenLine Real Estate became Engel & Völkers Washington DC. I currently work there as the Marketing Director, where I continue to produce marketing materials and develop brand strategies for real estate agents. My years of experience in the real estate market helped lead our DC brokerage to win the Engel & Völkers Marketing Excellence Award for 2023.
